Footsteps First
The Pearl Jam Concert Chronology ends its set line at "Porch" and prints an encore of two, while Five Horizons prints one list, and both begin with "Footsteps." Five Horizons brackets 63m on the line below its heading without stating what it measures, and the house's text file for the night repeats its heading and its list.

On Thursday, June 11, 1992, Pearl Jam played Grosse Freiheit 36 in Hamburg, Germany, which both chronologies head by that name and neither ties to a festival. Both name Eleven, the Pearl Jam Concert Chronology as the opening act and Five Horizons on its support act line. Five Horizons brackets 63m after its heading without stating what it measures, and neither chronology prints an attendance or a note. Both lists open with "Footsteps" and run the same songs in the same order, and the house's text file for the night lists them as Five Horizons does.
The show
Grosse Freiheit 36
Both chronologies head the night Grosse Freiheit 36, Hamburg, Germany; Five Horizons prints its bracketed 63m on the line below its heading, and the house's file repeats the heading without it. Neither chronology prints a soundcheck, a capacity, a ticket price or a show time, and neither mentions a broadcast. One object hangs with the night's entry on the chronology's page, an image whose markup title is Ticket.
The Performance
Both chronologies run "Footsteps," "Once," "Why Go," "Jeremy," "Deep," "Alive" and "Black," then an entry before "Even Flow," then "Even Flow," "Porch," "Garden" and "Rockin' in the Free World." The chronology ends its set line at "Porch" and prints "Garden" and "Rockin' in the Free World" on an encore line, where Five Horizons prints the whole night on one set line and no encore line. Where the chronology prints Improv, Five Horizons prints something it names by a label, joined to "Even Flow" with a slash.
The Next Step
Stuttgart, the night before, is told in Release at the Start. Both chronologies put the next show two nights later, on June 13, in Berlin; it is told in Up the Light Scaffolding.
Recording & sound
What the Record Preserves
The house holds one text file for the night: its first line is Five Horizons' heading without the bracketed figure, and under a line reading Setlist it gives Five Horizons' list one item to a line, the label included, twelve lines in all. It gives no source, lineage or equipment and no date but the concert's, and it says nothing about a recording. Hamburg comes down to one venue both chronologies name alike, one act under two field names, a 63m that Five Horizons brackets without saying what it measures, "Footsteps" first in both lists, one order of songs that the chronology divides into a set and an encore and Five Horizons prints as one list, a label where the chronology prints Improv, an image titled Ticket on the chronology's page, and a house file that repeats Five Horizons' heading and list.
