PJ Music Factory is an independent fan site about Pearl Jam. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the band, its members, its management or its record labels.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may read, share links to and quote short passages from the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, with credit to PJ Music Factory. Please do not copy whole pages, scrape the site or republish its text or original artwork without permission.

Facts on the site are credited to the sources they come from, and where sources disagree the page says so. Recollections are attributed to the people who gave them.

Copyright and trademarks

The site's own text, layout and original artwork belong to PJ Music Factory. Band, album and song names, logos and other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Videos are shown through their own platforms' players.

Copyright complaints (notice and takedown)

PJ Music Factory respects copyright. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent. Under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the notice must include:

• your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or a person authorised to act for the owner;
• a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
• the address (URL) of the page and a description of the material on it that you want removed;
• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Designated agent

Copyright notices go to: PJ Music Factory, copyright agent, admin@luminacoreai.com. Please put "Copyright notice" in the subject line.

When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material and, where we can, tell the person who supplied it.

Counter-notice

If material you supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature; a description of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the United States, any district where PJ Music Factory may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may then restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to remove material that is the subject of valid notices and, in appropriate circumstances, to stop accepting contributions from, and disable access for, anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current, and we are not responsible for loss arising from its use or from sites it links to, to the extent the law allows.
