A Wish for a Smaller Venue
Both notes say the singer made many references to wishing the venue were smaller, and the two chronologies list the same songs in the same order, each ending its set at "Porch" before an encore of three. Five Horizons brackets 63m after its heading without stating what it measures, and the house's information file repeats that heading and its note but brackets 70m.

On Monday, June 15, 1992, Pearl Jam played the Serenadenhof in Nuremberg, Germany, which both chronologies head by that name and neither ties to a festival. The Pearl Jam Concert Chronology names Eleven as the opening act, where Five Horizons prints no act line, and neither chronology prints an attendance. Five Horizons brackets 63m after its heading without stating what it measures. The two lists run the same songs in the same order, and the two notes, one sentence in nearly the same words, say the singer wished the venue were smaller.
The show
The Serenadenhof
Both chronologies head the night Serenadenhof, Nuremberg, Germany, and Five Horizons prints its bracketed 63m on the heading's own line. Neither chronology prints a soundcheck, a capacity, a ticket price or a show time, and neither chronology mentions a broadcast.
The Performance
Both chronologies run "Wash," "Once," "Even Flow," "State of Love and Trust" and "Alive," then Improv, then "Black," "Deep," "Jeremy," "Why Go" and "Porch," with an encore of "Suggestion," "Leash" and "Rockin' in the Free World." The chronology prints Improv as an item of its own, where Five Horizons joins it to "Black" with a slash. The chronology prints "Suggestion" in parentheses, and Five Horizons prints it plain; neither chronology says what the parentheses mean. The two notes are the same sentence but for the singer's name, Eddie in the chronology and Ed in Five Horizons, and both have him make many references to wishing the venue were smaller.
The Next Step
Bremen, the night before, is told in A Snippet of Invisible Sun. Both chronologies put the next show two nights later, on June 17, at City Square in Milan; it is told in Three Little Birds After Footsteps.
Recording & sound
What the Record Preserves
Three objects hang under this date on the chronology's page: an image whose markup title is Ticket and two images whose markup titles name the band before a credit. The chronology prints no remaster series line for the night, and no link into that series hangs under the date. The house holds one text file for the night, a ConcertInfo information file whose note is Five Horizons' note, one source with it. Its first line repeats Five Horizons' heading but brackets 70m where Five Horizons brackets 63m, and neither document says what its figure measures. It lists thirteen numbered tracks, Five Horizons' set and encore lines run together with no encore mark, Improv and "Black" as one track and "Rockin' in the Free World" by its initials. It says the recording is complete when measured against Five Horizons' setlist and information, a claim about the recording, not the concert. It dates the concert's digitizing and clean-up to 10/31/99; it gives no taping source, equipment, generation or lineage. Nuremberg comes down to one venue both chronologies name alike, an opening act that of the two chronologies only the first prints, a 63m that Five Horizons brackets without saying what it measures, one order of songs both lists divide alike, a singer who, by both notes, wished the venue smaller, three objects under the date, and a house file that repeats Five Horizons' note but brackets 70m.
